Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules for using PostFactory to manage workspaces, markets, connected social accounts, analytics, device automation, and proxy protection.

Last updated: July 9, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to PostFactory. By creating an account or using the dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you use PostFactory for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. What PostFactory provides

PostFactory is a multi-market content operations product. The current public workflow includes authenticated access, workspace and market management, connected social account management, analytics, device operations, proxy protection, billing, and related dashboard features.

3. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of workspace, market, and social account information you enter or authorize.
  • You must keep your login credentials and authorized sessions secure. You are responsible for actions performed through your account until access is revoked or disabled.
  • PostFactory may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised, violates these Terms, violates platform rules, or creates legal, security, or operational risk.
  • You may stop using PostFactory at any time.

4. Connected platforms

  • Connected social platform features may depend on user authorization, platform review, technical limits, permissions, approvals, and each platform's own terms and policies.
  • Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google, Meta, and any other connected platform remain independent third-party services. PostFactory is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those platforms unless stated in writing.
  • You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, developer rules, community guidelines, rate limits, automation rules, and account restrictions of every platform you connect or use with PostFactory.
  • PostFactory does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any particular workflow, automation, device setup, proxy configuration, account setup, or account operation is permitted by any third-party platform.
  • Third-party platforms may limit, review, restrict, suspend, disable, or terminate accounts, integrations, platform access, or content. PostFactory is not responsible for platform enforcement actions resulting from your account behavior, content, configuration, automation settings, proxy use, or violation of platform rules.
  • Only save social platform account credentials when you are authorized to do so for that account. Connected account authorization should still use the official authorization flow for the relevant platform whenever available.

5. Third-party platform compliance

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of PostFactory, including any feature or configuration, complies with all applicable laws, platform terms, developer policies, community guidelines, rate limits, account rules, and third-party agreements.
  • PostFactory provides account operations, analytics, device management, proxy protection, and optional workflow assistance tools. You decide how to configure and use those tools.
  • You may not use PostFactory to automate likes, follows, comments, subscriptions, views, direct messages, account creation, scraping, or other actions that violate third-party platform terms or manipulate engagement metrics.
  • You may not use PostFactory to create or operate fake accounts, evade platform enforcement, bypass technical restrictions, bypass access controls, misrepresent identity, or perform deceptive, unauthorized, or harmful activity.
  • We may review service activity for abuse, security, and compliance purposes, and may limit, suspend, disable, or terminate access to any account, workspace, device, proxy, workflow, automation feature, or connected platform feature if we reasonably believe the use creates legal, security, operational, compliance, or third-party risk.
  • We may refuse, block, cancel, pause, or decline to execute requested workflows or configurations if we reasonably believe they may violate law, these Terms, platform rules, third-party rights, security requirements, or service integrity.
  • We may monitor or review activity for abuse, security, and compliance purposes, but we do not undertake an obligation to monitor all user activity or determine whether every user workflow complies with third-party platform rules.

6. Device automation and proxy protection

  • Device automation and proxy protection features are provided for legitimate account operations, device consistency, health verification, and reducing unintended routing outside the assigned network path.
  • Automation features, where available, are provided for legitimate operational assistance and account management workflows. They may not be used for unauthorized engagement automation, deceptive activity, mass actions, spam, credential attacks, platform abuse, or any activity intended to mislead users or third-party platforms.
  • Proxy protection may route traffic from a registered device through a dedicated network path managed by PostFactory while the feature is active.
  • Proxy protection is not an anonymity service and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, access to third-party platforms, or avoidance of third-party enforcement.
  • Proxy protection and device network features may not be used to hide unlawful activity, evade platform enforcement, bypass access controls, circumvent geographic or technical restrictions, or misrepresent identity in violation of third-party rules.
  • You are responsible for activities performed through devices, accounts, workspaces, and network paths you configure or authorize in PostFactory.
  • PostFactory may limit, pause, suspend, or disable device automation or proxy protection if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, security risk, technical risk, payment failure, legal risk, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party platform rules.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not use PostFactory to spam, mislead, harass, impersonate, violate privacy, infringe intellectual property, publish unlawful content, evade platform restrictions, or manipulate engagement.
  • Do not use device automation or proxy protection for abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, unauthorized, or harmful activity.
  • Do not use PostFactory to send spam, distribute malware, perform credential attacks, conduct unlawful scraping, access systems without authorization, bypass security controls, hide unlawful activity, or artificially inflate reach, views, followers, likes, comments, subscriptions, or other metrics.
  • Do not attempt to access another user's workspace, market, social account, media, analytics, device, token, private information, or internal system data.
  • Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, disrupt, bypass, probe, or interfere with PostFactory or any connected platform.
  • Do not upload malware, exploit files, illegal material, or content you do not have permission to use.
  • Do not attempt to access, disclose, or misuse non-public system, security, account, integration, or operational information obtained through the service.
  • Do not use PostFactory or connected platform data for surveillance, credit eligibility, data brokerage, advertising resale, or any purpose prohibited by the relevant platform's developer policies.

8. Billing and subscriptions

  • Paid plans, subscriptions, usage-based charges, taxes, renewal terms, and billing intervals are shown at checkout or in the billing flow when applicable.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the cancellation flow or billing terms shown at purchase.
  • You are responsible for keeping billing information accurate and payment methods valid. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in suspension, limitation, downgrade, or termination of access.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, in a written agreement, or in the applicable billing terms.
  • We may change prices, plan limits, or billing terms prospectively, subject to notice or consent where required by applicable law.

9. Referral program

  • A referral partner may earn commission on eligible PostFactory subscription revenue attributed to the partner's referral code. Joining does not require a paid PostFactory subscription, but it requires acceptance of the referral terms version shown at enrollment.
  • Unless a written partner agreement states otherwise, a valid referral uses a 90-day last-valid-click window before conversion. A later code replaces the referral cookie and restarts the window only after PostFactory verifies that the referral profile is active. Invalid or inactive codes do not replace a valid cookie. Attribution is revalidated server-side, is limited to one referrer per referred workspace, and is not available for self-referrals, duplicate workspaces created to avoid program rules, or other ineligible or fraudulent activity.
  • The standard commission rate shown in the referral portal applies to eligible net subscription revenue actually collected, excluding taxes and accounting for discounts, refunds, credits, disputes, chargebacks, and payment reversals. The rate recorded for an earning event governs that commission unless a written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
  • An attributed workspace may continue to generate recurring commission while its attribution and the partner profile remain in good standing. If that same workspace cancels and later resubscribes, attribution may continue even if a new subscription identifier is created. Attribution does not transfer to unrelated workspaces or customers.
  • Commissions are normally held for at least 30 days. Payout eligibility also depends on the applicable per-currency minimum threshold, identity and payment verification, fraud and compliance review, and complete payout information. The standard USD threshold is USD 100; another currency may use a separately documented equivalent. Balances in different currencies are not automatically combined.
  • Refunds, credits, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate attribution, or other payment reversals may reduce, void, or reverse related commission. If a related commission was already paid, PostFactory may offset the reversal against future referral earnings or seek recovery where permitted by the accepted terms and applicable law.
  • You may not refer yourself, misrepresent identity or traffic, use spam or deceptive claims, manipulate attribution, create duplicate or sham accounts or workspaces, purchase through your own referral, or interfere with referral tracking. PostFactory may pause review, withhold a disputed payout, block future participation, or void ineligible commission where it reasonably identifies fraud, abuse, sanctions, tax, payment, security, legal, or program-integrity risk.
  • Referral payouts are currently reviewed and recorded manually. Stripe Connect onboarding and automated transfers are not currently part of the referral program. A balance displayed as pending or eligible is not confirmation that a payout has been sent.
  • We may change or end the referral program prospectively, including rates, eligibility, thresholds, or supported regions. For material changes, we will update the terms version and provide notice or request renewed acceptance where reasonably appropriate or legally required. Historical acceptance and financial records may be retained for reconciliation, tax, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Referral partners are responsible for their own tax, disclosure, advertising, and legal obligations, including clearly disclosing a referral or financial relationship when promoting PostFactory. Nothing in the program creates employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or authority to bind PostFactory.

10. Service changes

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features to improve PostFactory, comply with law, satisfy platform requirements, protect security, or keep the product reliable. Some features may remain unavailable because of third-party requirements, technical limits, or compliance review.

11. Intellectual property

PostFactory, including its software, interface, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by PostFactory or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of PostFactory. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation to you.

12. Disclaimers

PostFactory is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, platform approval, specific analytics results, follower growth, revenue, availability of third-party services, continuous device or proxy availability, successful access to any third-party platform, that any third-party platform will allow or continue to allow any use of PostFactory, or that every error can be recovered.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostFactory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, account restrictions, platform moderation, platform enforcement actions, device connectivity issues, third-party service issues, network interruptions, or business interruption. Mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold PostFactory harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, account restrictions, platform enforcement actions, third-party disputes, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your accounts, your use of PostFactory, your configuration of PostFactory features, your violation of these Terms, your violation of laws or platform rules, or your infringement of third-party rights.

15. Governing law

Unless mandatory law gives you additional rights, these Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Italy will have jurisdiction for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, unless mandatory law requires a different forum.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected]. We may update these Terms as the product, law, or platform requirements change. The updated date above shows when the latest version took effect.
